How we work
We do one thing: inspect homes and tell people what we found, clearly and honestly. Our inspector is licensed in Florida as both a home inspector and a mold assessor, so we can handle a buyer’s full inspection, the insurance reports their policy needs, and mold testing without sending them to three different companies.
- We answer. Call or text 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM. Buyers on a deadline don’t have to wait until Monday.
- We explain. Reports are written in plain language, and we walk you through findings in English or Spanish.
- We don’t sell repairs. Florida law doesn’t allow home inspectors to repair homes they inspect, and we don’t do mold removal. Our only interest is an accurate report.
- We know South Florida homes. Hurricane codes, insurer requirements, humidity, and salt air shape what we look for on every inspection.
